Current Regime

Week 1: Dec. 31-Jan. 6th

Exercise: AM walk around the block every day. (Yes, this seems wussy and simple. But I am overweight and out of shape and I need to start somewhere that isn’t so intense that I give up.)

Food: Main Goal: Eat less added sugar and reduce dairy consumption.

The holidays have been tough and I still have to get through New Year’s Eve/Day and my dad’s birthday party. SO, this week I will eat a paleo/primal/high raw diet for breakfast and lunch at home. New Year’s Eve I will allow myself to eat half of a serving of one dessert and I can have a cup of coffee with some cream/half and half. I figure this is a fair compromise.

Supplements: Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Saw Palmetto, NAC, Chaste Berry
